\u0141ukasz graduated from University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration and completed LL.M degree at Fordham Univeristy in New York. \u0141ukasz holds also Diploma from Humboldt University in Berlin.<\/p>\n

He specializes in Corporate, Civil and Energy Law. \u0141ukasz provided legal advise regarding Public Procurement Law. He has expertise in Oil and Gas contracts and Commercial Contracts.
\nDuring his General Counsel career \u0141ukasz was responsible also for Real Estate projects. He also negotiated Transport and Logistics agreements and Insurance contracts.
\n\u0141ukasz has broad knowledge regarding Sales Contracts and Services Agreements.
\nHe launched Compliance policies and was responsible for Technology and Data Protection Agreements execution in many companies.
\n\u0141ukasz has expertise in Employment Contracts and Labor Law.
\nMoreover he adivsed international clients on agreements for exploration of the oil and gas fields.
\nApart from that he was invlolved in resolving Administrative Law issues, and setting HSE regulations for his clients.

\u0141ukasz provides legal advise to major international and Polish Oil and Gas companies, Services companies, Real Estate companies, Military companies and Market chains.<\/p>\n

\u0141ukasz was for more than four years General Counsel in international Oil and Gas services company, responsible for Poland and Baltic countries. He was also responsible for African region. Before that he was Associate in Polish and international law firms in Warsaw and New York. He was also Counsel in major Polish military company.
\n\u0141ukasz worked with major international and Polish companies such as Weatherford International, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Schlumberger, Halliburton, PKN Orlen, Lotos Petrobaltic S.A., PGNiG S.A., Exalo Drilling S.A., Bumar.<\/p>\n
