Partner i założyciel Kancelarii. Jest absolwentem Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Ukończył z wyróżnieniem studia podyplomowe na Columbia University School of Law (LL.M. in Corporate and Capital Markets Law, Stone Scholar Honors) oraz studia magisterskie z prawa francuskiego na Université d’Orléans (Maîtrise Droit Privé).

Specjalizuje się w prawie bankowym i finansowym, prowadząc transakcje z zakresu finansowania (w tym asset finance, acquisition finance, syndicated finance, mezzanine finance, property finance, structured finance oraz project finance). Wspiera klientów Kancelarii w negocjacjach umów kredytowych i towarzyszących im pakietów zabezpieczeń, działając zarówno na rzecz banków oraz funduszy private equity, jak i na rzecz kredytobiorców. Jego doświadczenia obejmują także projekty leasingowe oraz sekurytyzacyjne.

Ponadto specjalizuje się w doradztwie regulacyjnym na rzecz banków, funduszy inwestycyjnych, domów maklerskich, funduszy private equity, firm ubezpieczeniowych oraz innych instytucji finansowych, związanym z koniecznością implementacji dyrektyw europejskich oraz zaleceń władz nadzorczych. Posiada również doświadczenie w zakresie prawa rynku kapitałowego, zdobyte dzięki doradzaniu przy publicznych ofertach akcji, emisjach obligacji i negocjowaniu dokumentacji instrumentów pochodnych.

Specjalizuje się także w prawie Internetu oraz prawie ochrony danych osobowych, świadcząc usługi dla branży IT, zarówno w zakresie działalności operacyjnej jak i inwestycji w tym sektorze.

Uczestniczy również w transakcjach fuzji i przejęć oraz w transakcjach sprzedaży i nabycia spółek i przedsiębiorstw, zarówno na etapie analiz due diligence jak i sporządzania dokumentacji transakcyjnej.

Łukasz graduated from University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration and completed LL.M degree at Fordham Univeristy in New York. Łukasz holds also Diploma from Humboldt University in Berlin.

He specializes in Corporate, Civil and Energy Law. Łukasz provided legal advise regarding Public Procurement Law. He has expertise in Oil and Gas contracts and Commercial Contracts.
During his General Counsel career Łukasz was responsible also for Real Estate projects. He also negotiated Transport and Logistics agreements and Insurance contracts.
Łukasz has broad knowledge regarding Sales Contracts and Services Agreements.
He launched Compliance policies and was responsible for Technology and Data Protection Agreements execution in many companies.
Łukasz has expertise in Employment Contracts and Labor Law.
Moreover he adivsed international clients on agreements for exploration of the oil and gas fields.
Apart from that he was invlolved in resolving Administrative Law issues, and setting HSE regulations for his clients.
Łukasz advises on Environmental Protection Laws and Mining Law.

Łukasz provides legal advise to major international and Polish Oil and Gas companies, Services companies, Real Estate companies, Military companies and Market chains.

Łukasz was for more than four years General Counsel in international Oil and Gas services company, responsible for Poland and Baltic countries. He was also responsible for African region. Before that he was Associate in Polish and international law firms in Warsaw and New York. He was also Counsel in major Polish military company.
Łukasz worked with major international and Polish companies such as Weatherford International, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Schlumberger, Halliburton, PKN Orlen, Lotos Petrobaltic S.A., PGNiG S.A., Exalo Drilling S.A., Bumar.

His major projects that he was responsible for:
  • Building and development of Polish branch of Weatherford International in 2012 (Weatherford Poland sp. z o.o.).
  • Introduction of Weatherford International to the Polish shale and conventional gas market.
  • Building and management of legal and tender teams in Poland.
  • Negotiation of global framework agreements with biggest Polish companies (PGNiG S.A., PKN Orlen, Lotos Petrobaltic, Exalo Drilling) and global companies focused on Polish gas market (San Leon, Talisman Energy Inc., Marathon Oil, Exxon, Chevron, Lane Energy – Conoco Phillips).
  • Formation of Shale Gas Chamber and lobbying for improvement and facilitation of legal regulations.
  • Launching of business relations with Polish suppliers.
  • Development of business relations in Russia and MENA region.
  • Management of team of more than 10 lawyers in different jurisdictions in Africa.
  • Execution of the global agreements with biggest African oil and gas companies.
  • Development of biggest real estate project in African branch – warehouse in Angola, negotiations with international construction companies based on FIDIC contracts.
  • Development of the legal office in Maputo (Mozambique) and introduction of the company to the market.
  • Involvement in biggest reorganization project of major Polish steel company.
